Help us congratulate Carmen R., LPN, for being the DAISY award recipient! Carmen was nominated for this prestigious award because of her dedication, compassion and the excellent care she provides to her client.
Carmen learned sign language on her own time to improve communication with her client who is deaf. She went above and beyond and received her nursing license in another state so she could travel with her client to their appts. These are just a couple examples that were shared when being nominated for the DAISY award.
