We want to honor and congratulate Sherri M., LPN of the Sioux City office for earning the DAISY award. Sherri goes above and beyond for her client ensuring she is happy, comfortable and receiving excellent care. One thing her and her client love doing together is painting kindness rocks and placing in areas for strangers to find. Sherri helps place the rocks they paint together and always reports back to her client where they were placed. Sherri is very detailed and organized with her client's cares. She provides thorough reports to other staff and family of any changes that occurred during her shift and takes the extra time to educate them on what best practices may be for her client.
