Caitlin McTaggart, Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist, originally joined the Universal Pediatrics team in 2021 as our Corporate Office Manager. From the moment she joined the team, Caitlin demonstrated a remarkable ability to take on new tasks and projects with enthusiasm and precision. Through her proactive approach and versatility, she stepped into her new position in September 2023. With an understanding of organizational dynamics, she excels in implementing employee engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, reviewing our recruitment strategies, generating brand awareness, and creating a dynamic hiring process.
Caitlin is dedicated to meaningful connections within teams, driving employee retention, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. In her spare time Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and painting.

What can you not live without? Coffee, my family (including my two dogs, of course!) and Taylor Swift.

What is your favorite sports team? KC sports teams, Chiefs & Royals, and KU basketball. No matter the sport, I just hope both teams have fun!
