As our Corporate Office Manager, Heather Gunson manages the needs of our Corporate office while also providing support to our other offices. This is no easy task, but with her “go get ‘em” spirit and willingness to dive in and help where needed, she helps to keep us running smoothly! Heather comes to Universal Pediatrics with diverse experience and lots of great, new ideas. She joined the team as our Office Coordinator for the Sheldon office location, and made the move to the Corporate team in September 2023. With her positive and cheery attitude, you can count on her to have a smile on her face! In her spare time Heather enjoys spending time with her family (her two awesome kiddos (9 & 6) and their dog Breck), exercising and exploring new places.

Which of our ICARE values best represents you? Responsibility. Heather believes in always owning her actions, decisions and following through on everything she does and says.
What can you not live without? I could definitely not live without my two kiddos , my Stanley cup and caffeine!
What excites you about your role with Universal Pediatrics? The people! They are like a second family to me. The compassion for the kids and families we serve is so inspiring.
What is your favorite sports team? Go Cyclones and Minnesota Vikings!
